Episode 53. Welcome back everyone. Today is Wednesday, October 29th, 2025. We're here to talk about football. We had a lot going on. We had Premier League, we had Kara about Cup. Oh, we're, we're starting off early. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Since there's no one to, to say anything against it. Barcelona is buns. Barcelona is just straight caca. I was never worried. No, but in all honesty, it was a really fucking good game. My standing desk just set it to not stand There it is. It was an amazing game. It was a stressful game. Controversial penalty, I think it was a penalty. Absolutely not biased. But you do see that as the ball is going up, he does move his hand up. No idea why anybody is ever by themselves in the middle of the box. But there we go. And I want to give a shout out to our midfield. I think Kaga had an amazing game. Man was running on fumes towards the end, but he, he was pretty much everywhere on the pitch. He made size of passes. He made a lot of good tackles. No, I, I think overall it, it was a great game. It was, it was, it was nice to finally, I don't even know how many games it's been since we, we, we beat Barcelona, but I, I think overall we, we definitely were the, the better team on this one. Yeah, I watched it just as a spectator. I went to a bar to watch it. Was just a fun one, like when that one won, I was like, all right, cool. It's about to be like shoot out barn burner or whatever, like it's about to be a real classico. And then Jude Bellingham, I think he scored before the half, and it was just quiet from there, like a lot of tactics, a lot of movement and everything like that. But I was expecting a lot more goals.

Yeah. Barcelona ran with their, with their highline, which we were finally able to take advantage of. There was a lot of calls, there was a few offside calls, but though there was the first goal, or I don't remember if it if it went in for a goal, but there was an offside by a heel.

America. Yeah, no, this is a tough game for Westham. Not, not a game, just like a tough start for Westham, especially Nuno Nuni. Nuni Nuno just keep, he went out there with inverted backs, which I think is the same that he did last, last week, and it was just not working for him. Nuno hasn't been able to repeat the, the same defensive powers that he had from with Nottingham last week. And it's, it's showing they definitely need to pick that up. It, it's defensive struggles all around after five subs. The team looked better in the second half, so they just need to keep working on the pieces, seeing what they can get to mesh. But as of right now, what, whatever they're putting out in the field to start the games has not been working out for them.
